With a strong technical foundation and a passion for customer interaction, Thomas thrives in his role as Sales Engineer at Holtab in Denmark. His work is a blend of engineering insight and relationship-building.
There was a time when football was all he thought about. But when the dream of going pro slipped away, he turned his focus to industry. Today, he’s an experienced leader working with power solutions at Holtab.
The desire to grow and take on new challenges isn’t just for the early stages of a career. Just ask Ros-Marie Fransson, who at the age of 63 landed a new position as a technical writer at Holtab.
“It feels good to be joining Holtab. I have a lot of experience to share,” she says.
After ten years in international corporations, she set her sights on the family-owned company Holtab. Her mission: to lead the technical work in one of Holtab’s divisions.
Since 2021, Holtab, in collaboration with Montico, has opened a new pathway into the electrical industry through our electrician training program for women. Now in its fifth year, the program has already led several participants to permanent positions – here, Linda, Sara, Sara, and Julia share their journeys.
After three years at Holtab, where he has led the Product division, Roger Elfmark is now stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer. This new position comes with broader responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute even more to the company’s development.
With Julia Pastaven on board, Holtab is taking its sustainability work to the next level. She holds the new position of Sustainability Controller.
“It’s exciting to join a workplace that already has the right mindset at its core,” she says.

“Good leadership is about trust and presence,” says Holtab’s CEO Michael Fohlin.
He’s been an elite floorball player and now coaches his sons in football. Naturally, IT Manager Freddie Börjesson shapes his team like a sports coach would.
"We’re there for each other. Everyone knows their role and how we can support the company", he says.
Up to two hundred items a day. That’s how much Marlene Bengtsson has to handle in Holtab's goods reception.
“Holtab is a personal place, but nonetheless a well-oiled machine,” she says.
Yaiza Härdelin is studying “Optimisation of sustainable energy systems” at the Yrkeshögskolan (YH). A 12-week internship at Holtab is part of her education. Here she has focused on how to optimise Holtab’s electrical system.
As Head of Innovation, Mohamed Ezzo works to ensure that Holtab is at the forefront of new products and business models in the electricity market. “My task is to promote Holtab’s intrapreneurship,” he says.
In a time of growth at Holtab, it is important to foster the company’s unique culture as expressed by Joakim Svensson, new head of Holtab’s Project division. "The company has a special spirit. We intend to foster this while we develop and grow," he says.

Ida Hedström has long worked in industrial settings. As a coordinator at Holtab’s factory in Olofström, she gets a different feeling, a positive one.
