Everything we do is based on knowledge. We have a unique combined expertise within Holtab, but experience alone won’t make us world-class. In order to stay one step ahead, we always strive for increased specialist knowledge. We achieve this by focusing on skills development.
Service, in all its forms, is an important part of our offering. Service entails meeting our customers’ needs and demands as far as is possible and reasonable. We have the same positive service mindset within the company.
We never forget that we are working to achieve common goals. That’s why it’s natural for us to help each other. Our desire to collaborate also applies to our relationships with our customers and partners. This benefits both parties.
The approximately 160 employees at Holtab are determined to be the best. Our company culture is characterised by openness, understanding of the customer’s business, and a desire to constantly develop – together! We call this good employeeship. Our work is also made easier by having good managers and effective processes. Instead of a host of regulations, we choose to work with the concept of “freedom with responsibility” and by helping each other out.
