Holtab’s commitment makes a difference — that was clear to the four employees who spent three weeks in Nepal this autumn. At the same time, many people continue to live under extremely difficult conditions.
“Meeting people who show such incredible strength in their tough everyday lives has been deeply moving,” says project manager Sanna Moberg from Holtab.

Holtab has been named Career Company of the Year 2026 and is included for the fourth consecutive year among Sweden’s 100 most attractive employers. The distinction is awarded by Karriärföretagen, an independent organization that annually highlights employers offering strong career opportunities and successful employer branding.

Holtab’s Chief Sales Officer, Lina Emanuelson, brings nearly two decades of experience from the global power industry. She sees Holtab’s dedicated employees as a major asset in strengthening the company’s position in the Nordic market.
“It’s remarkable how much everyone at Holtab truly cares. It’s one of our greatest strengths,” she says.

Holtab is one of the Nordic region’s leading suppliers of power transmission solutions. The company is now expanding into Norway through the establishment of Holtab Norge AS, aiming to move closer to customers and meet the growing demand for modern and reliable power solutions.

The development of larger and more numerous data centres is accelerating. Establishment processes are often short, while the demand for energy-efficient power solutions continues to rise.
“We have the right expertise to deliver innovative solutions with short lead times,” says Holtab’s Sales Engineer, Mikael Thorsell Gustavsson.

With the EU’s new ban on SF₆ gas in switchgear coming into force in 2026, Holtab has developed a new generation of secondary substations prepared for SF₆-free switchgear. These substations have undergone rigorous safety testing with top results.
“We are proud to have developed a solution that delivers the highest level of personal safety,” says Peter Borgström, Development Manager at Holtab.

With a strong technical foundation and a passion for customer interaction, Thomas thrives in his role as Sales Engineer at Holtab in Denmark. His work is a blend of engineering insight and relationship-building.
“What I really enjoy is combining Holtab’s technical expertise with the commercial side of working closely with customers,” says Thomas.

Holtab is launching an updated version of its metering cubicle for high-voltage metering at 12 and 24 kV.
“The new cubicle is not only more powerful – it is also easier to work with, thanks to a smarter design,” says Gordon Gunnarsson, Technical Manager at Holtab.

There was a time when football was all he thought about. But when the dream of going pro slipped away, he turned his focus to industry. Today, he’s an experienced leader working with power solutions at Holtab.
“Holtab is an exciting place to be. Power technology is crucial for the energy transition,” he says.

In the small town of Tingsryd, a unique high school draws students from across the country – not just to become skilled musicians, but to grow as people. Since 2013, Holtab has partnered with the Academy X Music and Business (AMB), united by a belief in the power of young talent.

Himal Sapkota dreams of developing tourism and entrepreneurship in his home country Nepal. As part of Holtab’s commitment to community engagement, he has been given the opportunity to spend eight weeks in the Nordics.

Stina Nilsson is one of Sweden’s most accomplished skiers, with five Olympic medals, seven World Championship medals – and most recently, victory in the 2025 Vasaloppet. Now, she begins a new chapter together with Holtab.
