Holtab in Tingsryd has built a microgrid – a local power system with integrated backup generation – enabling the factory to operate in off-grid mode and maintain production even if the main power grid goes down.
To meet growing demands for reliable power, Holtab built its own microgrid in Tingsryd – enabling off-grid operation and generating insights that benefit customers.
Holtab is launching an updated version of its metering cubicle for high-voltage metering at 12 and 24 kV.
“The new cubicle is not only more powerful – it is also easier to work with, thanks to a smarter design,” says Gordon Gunnarsson, Product Manager Secondary Substation and HMS switchboard at Holtab.
To strengthen its work in innovation and business development, Holtab is joining ABB’s innovation initiative SynerLeap as a partner.
