Holtab named Career company of the year 2026 in Sweden
Holtab has been named Career Company of the Year 2026 and is included for the fourth consecutive year among Sweden’s 100 most attractive employers. The distinction is awarded by Karriärföretagen, an independent organization that annually highlights employers offering strong career opportunities and successful employer branding.

“We work hard to create a workplace where people enjoy themselves and have the opportunity to grow. That’s why it means a great deal to receive continued recognition and to be included on the list once again,” says Pernilla Sundén, HR Manager at Holtab.
The jury’s motivation:
Holtab is awarded Career vompany of the year 2026 thanks to a clear focus on colleagues’ development, well-being and confidence in the future. Opportunities for education and mentorship strengthen both individuals and teams, creating a work environment where technical expertise and well-being go hand in hand. By encouraging responsibility and fostering an open and inclusive culture, Holtab demonstrates what it takes to be an attractive employer in the long term.
“What makes me especially proud is that the jury highlights our focus on the people behind the technology.”

“What makes me especially proud is that the jury highlights our focus on the people behind the technology. In the end, they are the ones who make the real difference. When our colleagues grow, Holtab grows too,” says Pernilla Sundén.
A structured selection process
To be named a Career company, employers must first meet a set of basic criteria and then go through a structured evaluation process. An expert panel reviews employer branding efforts, career websites, social media presence and other factors that demonstrate how attractive the employer is to talents. The jury then selects the employers awarded for the year.
A workplace growing with the energy sector
Holtab operates in an industry undergoing rapid development. The demand for sustainable and reliable energy solutions is increasing, and access to the right skills is one of the energy sector’s greatest challenges.
“It’s an exciting time. Being recognized as an attractive employer motivates us even more to continue developing and to attract people who want to be part of our journey,” says Pernilla Sundén.
