Our Holtab Modular Indoor Concept (HMIC) is a prefabricated and cost-effective solution for technical and switchgear buildings. The stations are constructed, manufactured and inspected at our factory prior to delivery.
All installation takes place in a safe, controlled environment – we deliver as close to a plug-and-play solution as you can get.
The building is constructed of high-quality building elements without organic material, to ensure a long service life. The station meets the industry requirements for insulation, fire resistance, corrosion resistance and safety class.
There is a wide range of standard dimensions to choose from, but the station can also be totally adapted to your requirements. The concept is based on 1.2 meter modules and the building can be fitted out using many different options.
You have great flexibility to adapt the station according to your preferences and requirements. The building can be equipped with a variety of standard options such as doors, stairs, entrance roofs, climate control, ventilation, recessed junction boxes, cable ladders, mounting plates for heavy equipment, anti-static floor mats, and more.

The development of larger and more numerous data centres is accelerating. Establishment processes are often short, while the demand for energy-efficient power solutions continues to rise.
In the transport sector, the development of electrified vehicles is going fast. “An e-revolution is happening right now,” says Carl-Fredrik Gyllenhammar, responsible for Holtab’s investment in electrified transport, e-mobility.
Together with Schneider, Holtab has developed a prefabricated 60/20 kV substation. European Energy in Denmark placed the order. "This is revolutionary," says Holtab's Country Manager for Denmark, Ebbe Klarskov.
