Ahead of Elfack 2025: “Our expertise is in demand”
Elfack at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre in Gothenburg takes place from 6–9 May. We’ll be there to meet our customers and support them with their challenges.
“I’m looking forward to sitting down together in our technical house lounge,” says Andreas Thern from Holtab.

It’s been two years since the last event, but now Scandinavia’s largest electricity trade fair is back. Over four days, more than 400 exhibitors will gather, and 100 seminars will cover topics ranging from smart grids and battery markets to the electrification of heavy transport.
A lot can happen in two years – and it certainly has at Holtab. We have plenty of successful customer projects to share.
“I find that many of our visitors are looking for real expertise when it comes to power supply. We work with problem-solving every day and are happy to help,” says Andreas.
Soft Technical House
At Holtab’s exhibition stand, there will be 10–15 team members present each day – from both Denmark and Sweden.
“We’re bringing a broad range of expertise. In addition to our sales team, visitors will also meet colleagues from HR and service.”
The electrification boom has increased pressure across the industry, and Holtab is looking for new talent – which is why HR will also be present.
The stand will feature a large technical house furnished as a lounge, along with a switchgear unit, metering compartments rated at 1,250A and 25kA, a transformer substation, and 3D-printed scale models (1:10).
“The largest model is 1.4 metres long, and they’re incredibly lifelike,” Andreas notes.
Exciting Product News
There will also be several touchscreens where solutions and products are clearly visualised.
“Visitors are welcome to talk with us, view the models and take a seat in our station. We’re engaging all the senses to help people understand and feel how we work and what we offer.”
There are also exciting new products to discuss. Holtab has launched a new type of simplified building known as TB – a technical building. It complements our full-scale, indoor-accessible technical houses built from the ground up.
“These buildings are ideal for lighter equipment and have short delivery times.”
We’re also introducing a new service agreement that helps customers regularly inspect and maintain their stations.
