We are looking for new electrical assemblers

The role of an electrical assembler

As an electrical assembler at Holtab, you will work on assembling and installing both electrical and mechanical components in our stations and switchgear. Electrical installation work is carried out according to circuit/line diagrams and connection tables. Some customization and problem-solving are also part of the duties. There is significant variation in the technical components we work with at Holtab, and we have several different departments within production, which means great opportunities for development.

You will work both independently and with colleagues. In our production, there are lead assemblers and coordinators available for support in daily tasks. All work is carried out in a safe, clean, and bright work environment where, together, through excellent cooperation and a safe working approach, we ensure the delivery of products of the highest quality.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a high school education in electrical work or equivalent experience. We welcome both recent graduates and those who have been working with electrical installations for a while.

In your role with us, it will be very helpful to have a good ability to read and work with connection tables, circuit, and line diagrams. Since much of the work takes place in teams, it’s essential that you enjoy collaborating and can learn from the experience of others. We value your personal qualities — having strong engagement and a positive attitude is key. In the role of an electrical assembler, being practical and solution-oriented will be highly advantageous.
