Holtab is looking for a Treasury Specialist

Responsibilities

In the role of Treasury Specialist, you will work broadly with matters that are important to the entire Group. You will help ensure strong liquidity, manage financial risks and create the conditions for stable and efficient financial governance. Through your work, you will become an important link between finance, the business and the organization’s long-term goals.

Your day-to-day work will be varied and developmental, including both operational and strategic tasks. Typical assignments include banking matters, leasing agreements, insurance matters, credit assessments and intra-group financing. The responsibilities also include reviewing and approving agreements related to advances and financial instruments, such as bank guarantees and letters of credit, as well as working with liquidity planning for the Group and managing currency risks. Another important responsibility for our Treasury Specialist is to coordinate the Group’s insurance coverage.

You will be a valued source of support for the organization in matters relating to financing and financial risks. You will contribute analysis, structure and confidence in dialogues and negotiations internally, as well as with external parties such as banks and insurance brokers, or customers and suppliers.

About you

We are looking for someone with a university degree in business administration or finance and experience in credit risk assessments, financing and liquidity planning. You have a good understanding of financial and business analyses as well as capital management, and you enjoy combining strategic thinking with a structured and business-oriented way of working.

As a person, you are analytical, communicative and responsible. You find it easy to build trust, drive your work forward and appreciate a role where accuracy, a holistic perspective and collaboration are important success factors. We also expect you to be able to take your own initiatives for improvement work within your area, as well as lead such work.
