The role of leading electrician

As a leading electrician, you will lead work groups consisting of one or more electricians. Through your solution-oriented and proactive approach, you ensure that daily work can be carried out as smoothly as possible. You contribute to ensuring that the final product is completed on time, with the right quality and within budget. In the role of leading electrician, you also perform the assembly of electrical and mechanical components in Holtab's products.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a trained electrician at upper secondary school level and many years of experience in assembly and installation of electrical components. You have strong communication skills and need to be structured, thorough, and solution-focused as a person, as well as have a good ability to plan and prioritize. You have shown in your role as an employee that you can be a role model and take responsibility in a leading role. Your social skills are important as well-functioning collaboration and the ability to influence others are crucial for success in the role.
