Would you like to work in a varied role where quality, development and collaboration take centre stage? As an electrical assembler at Holtab, you will become an important part of our production team and help create sustainable energy solutions for the future.
The role of electrical assembler
As an electrical assembler at Holtab, you will assemble and install both electrical and mechanical components in our substations and switchgear, using circuit diagrams, single-line diagrams and connection tables. The role also gives you the opportunity to work on customised solutions and problem-solving, making the work both stimulating and varied. At Holtab, we work with a wide range of technical components and have several production departments, offering excellent opportunities for development.
You will work both independently and together with colleagues. Our production organisation includes lead assemblers and coordinators who provide support in the day-to-day work. All work takes place in a safe, clean and bright environment where, through strong collaboration and safe working practices, we ensure that we deliver products of the highest quality.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with an upper-secondary qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent experience. We welcome applications both from recent graduates and from candidates who have worked with electrical installations for some time.
In your work with us, you will benefit greatly from being able to read and work from connection tables, circuit diagrams and single-line diagrams. As most of the work is carried out in teams, it is important that you enjoy collaborating and are receptive to the experience of others. We value your personal qualities, including strong commitment and a positive attitude. A practical mindset and a solution-oriented approach will also serve you well in the role of electrical assembler.
What we offer
This is a fixed-term position with the possibility of permanent employment. You will work in bright and pleasant premises with well-adapted tools. We offer flexible working hours in production, allowing you, within certain time frames, to choose whether to start or finish early.
When you join us, you will receive a thorough introduction to help you settle into both your duties and the company. We offer excellent opportunities to develop, both personally and professionally.
Making a positive contribution to society is important to us. We therefore take a long-term approach to a range of community initiatives, both locally and globally. We are strongly committed to sustainability and diversity and, for example, actively work to encourage more girls and women to pursue careers in the electrical industry.
