Your tasks
We are in an exciting phase and are now looking for a sales engineer who can help develop our industrial business segment together with three sales colleagues. By proactively working the market, you build long-term business relationships where you help our customers with tailored solutions based on their wishes and needs. This applies to both existing and new customers in Sweden.
Your main geographical focus will be from Central Sweden and further north, and you will be part of a driven and competent team that all work with advisory technical sales within our various business segments. In your work, you will have good support from colleagues in areas such as business support, design, and project management.
After an initial introduction, where you will learn more about Holtab and our products, you will work with everything from prospecting new customers and business areas to conducting meetings, giving presentations, and closing deals. The role also includes ensuring that the entire order and sales process is completed and documented in a businesslike and consultative manner.
Your profile
We are looking for a driven and business-oriented salesperson, project manager, or consultant in the power industry who wants to help create the very best solutions together with our customers. You have a university education, or equivalent, and experience in low and medium voltage switchgear and power plants. You enjoy building and developing long-term relationships and have good communication skills. You are driven by doing business and are interested in staying updated within your area of responsibility to contribute to the company's common goals.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in handling inquiries, such as specifications for procurements, technical documentation, and other documents relevant to the assignment. As a person, you are structured and have a developed ability to navigate between both technical details and complex overall solutions and have a good commercial understanding. We place great importance on your personal commitment and ability to develop Holtab and our business.
What we can offer you
Our headquarters are in Tingsryd, and we have sales offices in several locations in Sweden and Denmark. The position is permanent full-time with placement at a business hotel near your home or at one of our sales offices, for example, in Örebro or Örnsköldsvik. We prefer that you are based in Central Sweden or further north as you will focus on that region in your work. The position includes some travel, which means that a company car is a benefit you will be entitled to.
