We are looking for a focused and committed sales engineer in Central Sweden who wants to help shape the future with us. At Holtab, business acumen is combined with technical expertise in an engaged team, and you will have the freedom to drive business, create long-term customer relationships, and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Your tasks

As a sales engineer at Holtab, your mission is to proactively approach the market. You will maintain good customer relationships and reach out to new customers in Sweden. In a competence-oriented and consultative manner, you will help our customers in the energy segment develop both customized and standardized power transmission solutions based on their needs.

Your focus will be on customers in the energy segment in Central Sweden. You will ensure that the entire order and sales process is completed and documented in a businesslike manner, with the support of your colleagues in business support, design, and project management. You will be part of a driven and competent team, all working with advisory technical sales within our various business segments.

After an initial introduction, where you will learn more about Holtab and our products, you will work on everything from prospecting new customers and business areas to conducting meetings, giving presentations, and closing deals.

Your profile

We are looking for a driven and business-oriented salesperson, project manager, or consultant in the electrical power industry. You have experience with local or regional network expansion for power companies and are used to handling inquiries with technical documents and specifications. Your education is at the university level in the energy or electrical power field, or you have equivalent competence. Experience with negotiations, contracts, and price calculations is an advantage. You have a good commercial understanding.

What we can offer you

Our headquarters are in Tingsryd, and we have sales offices in several locations in Sweden and Denmark. The position is permanent and full-time, based at a business hotel near your home or one of our sales offices. Since your main geographical focus will be Central Sweden, we see that you are based in this region. The position involves some travel, which means that a company car is a benefit you will receive.
