Do you have an electrical education and experience in testing components and installations? Holtab offers a varied role as a tester.
The role of tester
Your role as a tester will be to test our products and power installations during the production phase. You will ensure that our products meet the set requirements before they are delivered to our customers. The testing includes checking electrical functions and setting protections. Sometimes it may also involve visual and mechanical inspection, which is documented according to set schedules and protocols.
Your tasks also include being a valuable support during FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing). You will provide feedback on improvement opportunities to the relevant personnel and thus proactively contribute to Holtab's development. The role also gives you the opportunity to work preventively to develop processes and prevent errors and deficiencies.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who has at least a high school education in electrical work. You have experience from the power industry, which has given you a good understanding of our products. You have previously worked with testing electrical components and power installations and have knowledge in troubleshooting.
It is advantageous if you are familiar with industry requirements and regulations, and have experience with low and medium voltage switchgear, transformers, LS systems, relay protection, and control equipment. If you also have experience in programming and testing simpler relay protection, it is an extra plus.
Great importance is placed on your personal qualities, that you are thorough, communicative, and quality-conscious. You are solution-oriented, enjoy planning and structuring your own work, and like to collaborate.
