The role of Security Manager

As a Security Manager, you work strategically, systematically, and methodically with security protection at Holtab, which includes our three production facilities in Tingsryd, Lidhult, and Olofström. Through your work, you contribute to us meeting Holtab's own requirements as well as applicable legislation, such as ISO27001, NIS2, and protecting Holtab's assets.

Overall, the role involves leading and developing the company's ability to act on risks. As a Security Manager, you continue the initiated information security work with the goal of Holtab becoming ISO27001 certified. The Security Manager also leads the company's crisis group and develops both the process and our ability to act on risks and handle crisis situations. The tasks include assessing, evaluating, and reviewing threats, risks, incidents, and proposing measures and following up on these.

By regularly conducting internal and external security audits, you develop and validate the company's continuity plan. You create, implement, and revise control documents and action plans regarding security work. As you also take on the role of security protection manager in security clearance matters, you conduct interviews related to this and produce register control and have a dialogue with the counterpart in our security-classified business projects.

The position also involves handling the protection of Holtab's premises, such as access, surveillance, fire, and evacuation. The role of Security Manager is part of the IT department and the work is carried out in close cooperation with Holtab's management, to whom you also report. You act as an advisor and work for a high security culture and have our CIO as your closest manager.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a post-secondary education in security and risk management or has equivalent work experience. We prefer that you have worked for a few years in a similar role. To succeed in the role of Holtab's new Security Manager, it is crucial that you have experience in conducting security protection analyses and are familiar with ISO27001 and NIS2.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, that you are responsible and have a good ability to evaluate different risks and make the right priorities. You need to be analytical and have a structured working method with good order. Collaborating and being communicative is seen as a given since this work is carried out in cooperation with other departments at Holtab as well as various external partners.
